Prime1Studio Statues - UNCHARTED & The Last of Us 10th Anniversary

Challenge: Create the first individually-sold UNCHARTED statue in franchise history—an ultra-premium collectible worthy of the IP's legacy. All previous UNCHARTED figures or statues we sold with collector's editions or small vinyl figure collectibles. Simultaneously developing a The Last of Us statue, capture the emotional bond between Joel and Ellie in a single premium collectible that honored the franchise's storytelling legacy.

My Role: Led creative development and production management, coordinating with Prime1Studio's international team, PlayStation Licensing, internal stakeholders, and Naughty Dog designers across all stages from concept to delivery.

Delivered: 27-inch 1:4 scale statue only 300 units produced for UNCHARTED and 28-inch 1:4 scale dual-character statue for The Last of Us Worldwide. Featured multiple swappable parts, detailed environment base and character interactions that translate the emotional core for both franchises, and museum-quality craftsmanship that set a new standard for video game collectibles.
