
Dark Horse Statues - The Last of Us
Licensed Merchandise and IP & Franchise Management
Challenge: Develop a comprehensive statue line for The Last of Us that could stand as premium collectibles while maintaining franchise integrity across multiple releases.
My Role: Creative lead managing the entire product lifecycle—concept development, sculpt approvals, paint master reviews, packaging design, and production coordination. Served as primary point-of-contact between Dark Horse Direct, PlayStation Licensing, and internal Naughty Dog designers.
Delivered: Complete statue line including Ellie with Bow, Abby, Joel with Guitar, Clicker, and pioneered a new bust line starting with Young Ellie and Joel. All statues sold out within the first week of launch, generating high-value collectibles and sustained demand for future releases.
