The Last of Us™ Part II

Hired to work within the Global Marketing and Communications team for all design aspects of The Last of Us franchise as the dedicated Senior Designer and then Lead in 2019. Within the team, a spectrum of projects were handled spanning across 3 separate game releases and a television adaption with HBO/Sony Pictures. This would encompass a slew of marketing assets and imagery, new logo designs. magazine cover designs, dynamic themes for PS4, branding for trailers, global Out-of-Home (OOH), brand identity and consistency, and the development of multiple marque key imagery. Along with various products and merchandise developed to further support the brand.


Additionally, this position worked intimately with the Global Sony Interactive Entertainment teams; marketing, partnerships, legal, hardware, licensing, creative services, c-suite & senior leadership, and international offices. If projects needed additional management with external contractors and vendor relations, those responsibilities were handled as well.

Los Angeles Private Press Event 

For this invite-only media event, I served as Art Director, reviewing all fabrication materials for brand consistency and designing key elements of the experience. Press played an exclusive 60-minute demo of the Hillcrest level while surrounded by full-scale facades of in-game locations—a winter forest entrance, snowed-in grocery store, decrepit home, and a fully functional Ruston Coffee shop that doubled as the catering area.

I also designed and oversaw fabrication of a life-size, hyper-realistic statue of the main character Ellie. The installation brought Seattle's post-apocalyptic world to life, complete with authentic environmental details like overgrowth and weathered structures.
